We do our best to furnish zines, blogs, etc. with reviews as well as online streams of upcoming releases. TOUR DATES / SHOW UPDATES
Give Praise does not book shows or tours for our bands. The bands take care of that themselves. Give Praise does our best to promote and list accurate show dates and tour dates. If you have a specific Tour or Show date question please get in touch with the band VIA Facebook, Myspace, or E-mail. Do not ask Give Praise about show dates as we don’t always have the most updated information.
CAN I FIND GIVE PRAISE TITLES IN MY LOCAL RECORD STORE?
Give Praise works with MVD Distribution (http://mvdb2b.com/) and Ebullition (http://www.ebullition.com). We work with both of these distributors to get Give Praise titles in every local and online record store.

SHIPPING
GIVE PRAISE DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC PACKAGES! Give Praise ships all packages with the United States Post Office. We package our records and merchandise in solid cardboard mailers or mailers that include a cardboard sheet to stabilize the record or merchandise. We include USPS Tracking with all of our Domestic Shipments. Foreign packages do not include USPS Tracking unless it is shipped Priority International. First Class foreign packages do not include USPS Tracking.
For Orders in the USA over $100.00 - Free Shipping is sent FedEx Ground. We may ask for your street address, if you provide a PO BOX for the Free Shipping discount.
I LIVE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET? WHAT CAN I DO?
Give Praise Records is not able to track or insure any foreign orders, so once they leave the USA there is nothing we can do. Foreign orders could get held-up in customs or simply lost in transit. We are able to provide US Custom Numbers for all our international / foreign shipments - After it leaves the USA we can not track or locate it. GIVE PRAISE RECORDS DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED FOREIGN PACKAGES!
PRE-ORDERS / BACK-ORDERS
Give Praise does not do Pre-Orders or Back-Orders. Everything in the store is presumed in-stock. If we go to fulfill your order and find a item is currently off the shelves, we will send you a refund within 2-3 days. *PRE-ORDERS ARE SOMETIMES TAKEN FOR GIVE PRAISE RELEASES ONLY - THERE IS NEVER A CONCRETE DATE WHEN WE WILL GET THE RECORDS IN-HOUSE - WE CAN ESTIMATE A TIME, BUT THAT IS ONLY A PRESUMED TIME.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you are looking for a certain item from a record label that we usually carry - please e-mail use and use "SPECIAL ORDER" as the Subject line and we will try and locate and order the record or merchandise.
RETURNS
At Give Praise we do not take returns of any kind. If we ship you the incorrect item please e-mail us as soon as you receive the order and we will take care of it and get you the corrected item that you have ordered.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE
All shipping is handled with the United States Postal Service. Orders are usually (normally) processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Foreign Orders can take anywhere between 7-10 days, 2-4 weeks, or sometimes longer depending on the Foreign policies of where it is going and the United States Custom Office. Domestic Shipments vary - Priority orders will be to you in 3-6 days. Media Mail and First Class can take up to 2 weeks. If you do not receive a DOMESTIC order in 4 weeks, please let us know.
SECURITY
Give Praise uses a secure server as well as being certified Secure on daily basis via SiteLock. We do not handle ANY of your Credit Card information as Paypal handles that directly. If you would like to place a order through E-Mail - please do so and use "ORDER REQUEST" as your Subject line.

Give Praise collects your e-mail address to send you occasional e-mails about Sales and Discounts, as well as New Products and Releases. To make sure you get Daily / Weekly updates please sign up for the free E-Mail Updates and be included in the Newsletter List. Give Praise does not give out your e-mail address to anyone or any other companies. We only collect certain information to send out orders and process them to the best of our ability (eg. address, phone number).

We also accept Money Orders made out to "Give Praise Records." You will see this option when you check out --- If you do not want to use a Credit Card please use this option.
