Magazine culture is very important. Before I started Give Praise, I did a bunch of zines and would go to zine fests in Providence, RI and Boston, MA. It really started me on the path to start doing the record label and be involved with my own projects.  It’s tough putting out a print zine, with the barrage of online blogs and zines. Confusion Magazine is one of those magazines that are currently in financial trouble.
